How can physical therapy help?
Physical therapy can help you recover from an injury and avoid future injury by reducing pain in the soft tissues (like muscles, tendons, and ligaments), improving flexibility and function, and building muscle strength. Your physcial therapist can also evaluate how you do an activity and mke suggestions for doing the activity in a way that is less likely to result in an injury. PT can help you live more easily with chronic or ongoing health conditions by establishing goals and working towards them.
How do I start PT?
Starting PT can be easy. Visit your physician to receive a perscription for therapy and give us a call at 5597845900. If you want to get a jump on things fill out and print the form at the ned of the page and bring it in with you to your first visit or fax it to 5597840101.
How long with physical therapy take?
Each session generally lasts one (1) hour. The length of the order depends on many factors including insurance, treating condition, and doctors orders
What happens in a PT appointment?
Depending on the condition you are going to be treated for, an appoitment can range from manual manipulation to targeted exercises.
What insurance do you accept?
Insurance shminsurance. We accept all major credit cards as well as most of the popular insurances.
